I swear I do love cereals! They may come in different shapes, forms, sizes, colors and flavors but I will always treat them as my breakfast or snack favorite. Whenever I eat one I feel like a child once again. It is like a comfort food already. With over 30 plus kinds of cereals and 40 plus toppings to get crazy over with, you may momentarily forget everything but the experience of eating one bowl of cerealicous.
A round of applause for the best ever Cerealicious Cafe in town. I do not frequent this outlet but seriously I am one of the fanatics of Cerealicious. I can still distinctly remember we have one inside the campus at the carpark level in UST. Now I have one nearest my place-- the one at the cinema level of Robinson's Galleria. One day I get the chance to once again taste the colorful, sweet concoction of unique cereal in one delicious bowl. It was one Sunday morning as I was left alone by my friend there as she was paying her bills at the nearby Sun Cellular Shop.
So what's with this uniquely set-up cafe???

I was impressed by the fact they they even have the luxury of time and budget to be able to produce a menu which also states What's in a Cerealicious bowl? It is like giving the public smart choices and good amount of knowledge on what are they really buying for their hard-earned cash. In this visual aid format, one can find out that they are not only paying for mouthwateringly toppings but most importantly good nutrition. Hence, every vitamins and nutrients on a cerealicious bowl were hidden but surely has great impact to health. Two thumbs up for the inclusion of the health benefits one can get from a luxurious and nutrition-laden cereal bowl. Information dissemination really works.
Whoa! So many to choose from but so little budget. . . |

My choice was topped with vanilla ice cream for a more awesome cerealicious experience. It was made up with Milo Balls, Loacker, Choco Wafers and M&Ms. It is one concoction I won't miss to share with you guys. Hopefully more to come in the following weeks.
This place is not just for the cereal-lovers but also for the young at heart too who simply enjoy the goodness they get from cereal eating. Cereals according to on-line free encyclopedia, is a food made more or less from processed grains often, but not always, eaten with the first meal of the day or sometimes as a snack later in the day. It is often eaten cold, usually mixed with milk (e.g. cow's milk, soy milk, rice milk, almond milk), water, or yogurt, and sometimes fruit but sometimes eaten dry.
I would like to have an addition to the meaning which was given online, I wanted to simply put that cereals can also have scoop of ice creams and drizzles of syrups to top all of the concoction in a bowl. This is to maximize the the real meaning of having such a cerealicious bowl at Cerealicous Cafe.
Moreover, it is beautiful to take note that the names given for each variant of cereal on the menu are not just brainy in appeal but hilarious in the sense that it pertains to somebody or something that can very well represent the cereal at a given bowl. Say like movie titles, important people and so on. All I can say is that it was such a witty idea to start with.

Take for instance the Trailer and Blockbuster bowls which
represent also the size of the serving portion. The former refers to a
small bowl while the latter for a big bowl. Examples of the bowl names
are the following: CashewBlanca, The Gummi Returns, Oreo &
Juliet, Jelly Maguire, About A-hoy, Pirates of the Cadbury-ean, Jumango,
Term-O-Nator, The Karate Kit, Nutting Hill to name a few. Did they
ring a bell? Sure they did because they are just some blockbuster movies
which we have seen or if not, have already heard of. You will
definitely feel younger by just the sight and words of the menu.
These cereal bowls are really worth-trying for. Believe me!
