These young and talented guys shall certainly make us proud. They will be playing on two dates, May 4 and 5 at the prestigious Music Festival. You might be wondering what is this 2012 Beale Street Music Festival. It actually marks the 36th anniversary of the festival wherein each and every year attracts music enthusiast from all the 50 states and a dozen foreign countries to the storied city where rock-n-roll blues music began. It will be situated and held in a 25 acre riverfront park at the foot of historic Beale Street overlooking the Mississippi River.
It is but expected to hear their latest single, an introspective ballad entitled “Kay Tagal Kitang Hinintay” and also their version of Madonna’s “Crazy For You,” which made the band all the more famous especially to kolehiyalas. So are you guys in or out of this international event? Let us support Sponge Cola alright!
