AYOS DITO. Does this ring a bell to you? Well in my case, even way before I got an invite for an I-Ball event they've organized for bloggers here in the metro, I am a regular visitor of this buy and sell site. In here you can buy, sell and find almost anything. All you need to so is to post a "for sale" ad for free or simply find cars, houses, pets, bags, cellphones, accessories, computers and say what even jobs and a whole lot more! This is one of the hippest online buy and sell marketplace in the Philippines. If you are not familiar with this yet then visit this site now and perhaps I might hear you saying, wow!
The event transpired last Friday night at COWO Asia, the first and unique collaboration workspace and virtual office that allows individuals to co-work with other professionals in a creative environment. Too many bloggers from all over the metro were present to witness and take a glimpse of the new Pinoy lifestyle that the site has been informing the guests. One can easily tell that it was a successful event. I availed of the free shuttle pick up at EDSA Central near Shaw MRT Station since I came from an event at Shangri-la Mall that afternoon. Undeniably speaking, all staffs and organizers of the event have been very accommodating to all bloggers who participated on AyosDito's 1st iBall event.
After signing some sheets we were given a marker to share our thoughts on this board asking, Ayos Dito dahil... Of course everyone had something to say right? I simply written this word. . Astig!
Want some booze? Name it, the event has it! I tried their margarita and some candy booze. Followed by their refreshing honeymansi by Nestea.
Lots of best dishes to sample on. The food served at the AyosDito iBall was pinoy comfort food with a twist. There were Tempura Quail Eggs, a modern take on streetfood favorite known as Kwek-Kwek, delish takes like Sisig Tacos, Chicken Pate on Fita, Tuyo Pasta and Angus Corned Beef Pan de Sal were also present to tease our appetite.
Say hi to my plate! Got just a little of everything.
But wait there's more.. A special treat was Sebastian's Kakanin ice cream. A delicious Pinoy ice cream in every scoop. Their new-to-me flavors was a blast! It actually comes in four flavors -Champorado (my instant fave), Sapin-sapin,Taho and Mangga't Suman.
DJ Tony Toni of Magic 89.9 together with Mr. Jon Santico, General Manager of 701 Search Inc., the company behind AyosDito site; and Ms. Tanya Cabbab, AyosDito Marketing Manager.
"Buying and selling online with ayosDito.ph is free, easy and hassle-free, just how we Pinoys like it", says Mr. Santico.
"We hope everyone has a great time, simply hanging out with us enjoying the food, the games and the raffle prizes", says Ms. Tanya
Solenn Heusaff and John Medina made the crowd scream happily for their sudden appearance. John Medina replaced John Lloyd's presence due to conflict in schedule. Not bad for sending an equally-good looking actor. The two celebrities who came from different networks were the ones who draw the much-anticipated raffle prizes. Fuji Polaroid Camera and Apple iPad2 were given away. All those who were not luckily picked did not fret as each blogger brought home a lootbag containing an AyosDito.ph t-shirt, 1GB USB pen and a notebook.
Moreover, two games made the crowd more participative of the event as each got serious into bagging the prizes of an old party fave, Bring Me and a special Game Find using AyosDito site. A fun-filled night with lots of surprises and excitement! Everybody was happy :)
Musically-inclined talents of Harana.ph were also present to serenade the crowd while showcasing themselves for others to get inspired while celebrating the night of good vibes, good food with good music. You can actually hire these guys. Learn more about them and their professional services here.
